Master Data Management System

Master Data Management System (MDMS) is an app that allows corporate groups to ensure data consistency across the whole organization by setting up sets of data within a Dynamics 365 Business Central tenant/company and replicating them to another tenant/company.

With MDMS, you can create or assign a master company where all master data is maintained, select the receiving companies within the group and select the data to be replicated (synchronized) including items, G/L accounts, customers, vendors, dictionaries, dimensions, posting groups and user roles.

Advanced Intercompany

Advanced Intercompany for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central allows corporate groups and partner companies to exchange purchase and sales documents in real-time, ensuring instant feedback, control and collaboration. 

With its innovative features for transaction processing and transaction document synchronization, the app extends the Intercompany functionality in Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Intercompany Insights

Intercompany Insights is an extension of the Inventory functionality in Dynamics 365 Business Central that allows you to check and view item availability in remote companies.

The solution provides global companies or groups of companies that operate and work across multiple locations, databases and tenants with real-time and transparent overviews of item availability and effective filtering options.

Additional information:

  • The price of the application is listed for 1 Full User in the Dynamics 365 Business Central Essential and Premium/ Dynamics NAV license.
  • The price does not apply to the Team Member and Device license in Business Central or the Limited User license in NAV.
  • In the case of Perpetual License, the prices should be increased by an annual fee for the Enhancement Plan (EP). The fee amounts to 17% of the license value.
  • Subscription prices refer to the installation, both on the on-premises and online versions of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • The Unlimited option is offered for companies with more than 100 users. In such a case a fixed amount or monthly subscription rate is charged, for the perpetual license or subscription respectively. The license has to be purchased per each Dynamics 365 Business Central tenant/license.
  • In Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS, the price is not multiplied by the number of production environments that have the app installed provided that they are on the same tenant.
  • For the customer with more licenses/tenants, the individual conditions can be discussed.
  • The above prices do not include VAT.
